I have loved seeing the children enjoying their STEAM learning this week. The teachers in the STEAM Curriculum Hub have worked so hard to ensure that the learning experiences this week fulfil all of our principles of Curriculum design, making sure it is: Creative, Aspirational, Rich, Balanced, Engaging, Inclusive, Linked, Everlasting We use these 8 […]
Year 5 enjoyed a lovely trip to Cremyll/Mount Edgecumbe where we spent the day on Barnpool beach. We took part in 4 different activities; looking at ways to use renewable energy, a tidal workshop and rockpooling, looking at the Black Cornish Bee Reserve and taking a trip on the Lynher Barge herself. We also took […]
Well, what can I say about the brilliance of our children this week. My thought for the day, our act of daily Collective Worship, was about resilience this week, and the children have shown this in bucket loads this week. their learning has been of the highest standard, which is even more impressive considering we […]

Year 3 children have never experienced one of our assemblies so it was fabulous for them to be part of […]
A couple of years ago, some of our military parents donated their military boots for the Military Kids Club to plant flowers in. These are in our pond area and look beautiful when the flowers bloom. The year 3 MKC children removed any old soil from the boots and planted new flowers.
Yet another amazing assembly with all of our learning powers on show. The children have shown themselves to be resilient learners who work hard and who enjoy their learning. We are all so proud of all they are achieving at the moment…well done everyone.
