Smashing the Remote Learning in Trewortha!

The final week of our time in year 3 and Trewortha are still giving it their all with their remote learning. Take a look at some of the amazing things they have been up to!

We had a go at writing a recipe for the perfect summer!

3D Shapes

We have been learning all about 3D shapes and their features. At home, we had a go at constructing them!

Times tables

We have been practising our times tables in lots of fun ways! We have been using water pistols and nerf guns to shoot the answers to our times table question!

Continuing our learning from school and making magnetic games:

We made obstacle courses and then challenged ourselves to have a go at them. One child even ended their obstacle course in a pool- perfect for a hot, sunny day!

In Trewortha, we have been learning lots of Makaton. This is just one of the songs we have been learning with the help of Singing Hands:

Roar by Katy Perry

The children shared the different crafts they have been up to as this was one of their Tuesday activities.

Trewortha have done incredibly well with their remote learning in this last week of term! They should all be super proud of themselves. A huge well done to all the children who got involved with the Virtual Sports Day- who would’ve thought toilet rolls, socks and spoons would be essential for a sports day?
